Add some rows below pivot table


I'm trying to set up some asset inventory report for my wife's school.
I've figured out how to create a pivot table using vba scripting.

Now I need to add some static (non-changing) rows below each pivot table on each page.

Anyone have an idea how to do this? How can I determine where the pivot table ends so that I can create the rows below it.

This cannot be a footer as some pivot tables might flow over more than one page.

I'm using MS Excel 2010.

Be careful about doing this, as a refresh of the PT can wipe this out.  It is generally better to put this sort of content ABOVE the PT for this reason.  Anyhow...

    With ActiveSheet.PivotTables(1).TableRange1
        .Cells(1, 1).Offset(.Rows.Count + 3) = "Fred"
    End With
