How to invite others to view your private YouTube video

Dear Experts,
I have a class of 30 students.  I want to share access to some acting video clips within the class without giving world access.

YouTube's information says you can edit the uploaded video settings inside the video manager to invite others to view a video set to private.  Unfortunately when I click on the "share this video" link nothing happens.  I thought it might be a pop up blocker issue but when I turn off the FireFox pop up blocker it still does nothing when I click on the "Share this video" link.

Does anyone have any advice?
Best Wishes,

There's a simpler method to this, use Unlisted instead, and share the link. If the students don't give out the link, the video is still relatively safe (it won't show up in your list or search restults)
Private means all the other students MUST have a google account. If you insist on this, I suggest you use another browser (Chrome for instance), or your Android mobile to share this private video)
