"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The web camera will be on the users computer for both tech support and the client.  You will need a program that is allowed to access the local machine on both computers.  That is usually Flash or JAVA thru a web site.  The server would be acting like a video switch to connect the users with the tech.

Basically you have to duplicate Skype.
