Embed a company logo in exchange 2010 disclaimer text

Hello, I know about creating a transport rule using disclaimer text to create a standard email signature for staff, but is there a way in which I can embed a company logo or use a standard template that has lots of graphics such as logo, fb image, twitter image, etc.

look forward to hearing from someone soon

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Thanks for the post, I have already read this article and it talks about using <IMG> tags to insert a logo, the logo needs to be placed on a web server, which is not really useful.  I also read another article that talks about embedding the logo as a file in the email and then referencing itself, Does anyone know how to do this?
