Polycom VVX400 & Plantronics CS60

Hi All,

I have a Plantronics CS60 headset and it works fine. I am training to find a way to allow for both the handset and headset to work sumiltanoeusly to allow another person to listen on the calls.

Strangely enough this worked fine on the old Cisco 7960 handsets, but I cant seem to get it working. I do have access the all the configs and can get engineers to change the phone config via XML files.

I am also looking at buying a adaptor to allow for two headsets, but dont really want to go down that route.

Does anybody know a way to forcc the polycom phone to allow this.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This cannot be done with this device.  Plantronics has a y training adapter that will be the only way to do this.

Freadbear891 is right, best you can do hear is the training adapter , but it's not very expensive.
