Mail Not Being Received in Multiple Outlook accounts at the Same Time

Hi;

A client had someone setup a domain and mail account for them on siteground.

The primary mail address is used on multiple installations of Outlook in their office. All installations are set to leave a copy of the mail on the server, however, most times everyone does not get a copy of all mails. Everyone gets mail at some point but not the same mail.

They have confirmed that there is no other installation and all are set to leave a copy on the server.

Any idea why this is happening?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I can only assume that they are no longer in touch with this person.
How can we be sure what this person did?
My recommendation?
Change account password(s) and chaneg all "known" clients accordingly.
If the problem goes away, you'll know there was another client out their somewhere.  You'll find out who they are when the call with a password error...

What are the differences in the received e-mails?

It seems that it has something to do with where the email is being hosted as there is no logical order to the problems.
