We have a Windows 8 machine that is unable to access the App store, when we click the icon the store crashes and returns to the desktop. the same happens with Skype, which means we are unable to reinstall skype.<br />
We've attempted to do system restores and that does not solve the problem at all, I wondered if anyone had an y other ideas.<br />
