One customer called and told us that his Server has a red light burning. This is a very old Server and we told the customer he should replace this to a new one a time ago. He is very far away, so is there any possibility to find what is broken or not ok, remotely?
He has a HP ML350G4p (X3.4 SP5697TV EURO). I heard HP has some Software that we can install and find it out. What is the Software I have to install and how would I see the problems?
