It is known that the Web Client is very slow, switch and use the vSphere Client instead of the Web Heavy Flash Client.

It's a known common complaint, amongst VMware Administrators, that Web Access is slow, because if heavily uses Flash.

see this thread for evidence, you are not the only one!

http://community.spiceworks.com/topic/317234-vsphere-web-client-opinions

vSphere 5.5 is better, because they've introduced a HTML5 (no flash) console.

So there is no fix, you will just need to get used to how slow the Web Client is.

As for your other issue:-

"and vi client is not fine on win xp" - you will need to post a new question, if you are having issues with the vSphere Client on Windows XP.

Concur with @hanccocka; no further "evidence" to provide, except that the over 800 people I follow on Twitter have shared the same concern. :)

Not at present, vCenter 5.5 is marginally better, because it used HTML5.

Heavy flash is the issue.

coolsport00Commented:
Unfortunately no; as with many web clients, flash (or java) seems to be the culprit.

Okay, well you will have to use the slow Web Client until the issue is fixed by VMware.
