slight align issue, what could be the problem?

Hi;

I have a dropdown and in the same version of IE10, the check is slightly moved.

Both browsers go to same IIS server, css files same. IE10 cache is purged.

and I am losing my mind. Attached.

What would be the reason?

This is OK in my IE10:
this is OK
This is not OK, and in another machine:
problem

Regards.

P.S. I am in doc mode of IE10 standards

Is this dropdown created by the standard HTML <select> tag?

If so, in earlier versions of IE this element was created by the operating system, so differences across machines were common.  Not sure if that's still the case though.

it is asp.net controller, not standard.

Open the page in IE then press F12 to open developer tools.  Then you can click the element and view all of the style information that has been applied to it.  I would recommend doing this for both examples, then you can compare the difference and see where the troublesome style is being applied from.
