I have been asked if I can enable Citrix users to customise the notifications in the System Tray area.
Currently when they click the customisation link in the notifications are it displays a message saying the operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
I assume this is a GPO setting set by Citrix. Does anyone know how I could re-enable this? This would only be for a select number of users so I would apply the amended GPO to the OU in which they reside in AD.
We are using Citrix XenApp 6.5 on virtual Windows Server 2008 R2 machines.
