Exchange 2010 and OWA for MAC Free/Busy Scheduling Assistant Not Accurate

All of our users have default persmissions to allow viewing of Free/Busy info. This is working and tested on Outlook and OWA for PC, where I'll put in attendees names and will populate with their Free/Busy info.

I am having an issue with one user A (on Mac, accessing the scheduling assistant through OWA), where when he views the Free/Busy info for certain users, it is showing as tentative.  When I look at it through Outlook on PC and OWA on PC, it is showing as blank.

I don't know if this is affecting all mac users, but trying to troubleshoot further to see what's going on.  I've logged on to the User B's calendar (Which user A on a Mac is viewing) and verified that they indeed have no entries in that time slot.  I've verified that on the my Outlook and OWA in scheduling assistant, I see they are free.  But on User B's Mac/Owa client, it is appearing as tentative.

I just logged on myself onto OWA on a MAC and am not experiencing this issue. It seems to be related to User A's account, when viewing certain employees calendars, the entire day is showing as tentative - what gives?

I was able to determine the cause, stale cached address entries from a groupwise migration.  When deleting these cached names in OWA on PC, a new lookup is performed against the exchange server, and is now showing the correct free/busy info.

Issue I still have is, I'm unable to delete the cache in OWA for MAC, when I start typing the name in the Select Attendees section, the yellow cached box appears with a list of similar e-mai addresses. I know on PC OWA, I can scroll down and hit Delete, and the name will be removed, however this same method is not working in OWA on MAC - any ideas?

I was able to resolve this by going into Outlook Light Mode in OWA on the MAC, and was able to delete addresses from the cached addresses list.
