Way to salvage data from corrupt SP database backup?

We are trying to restore our SharePoint database but it got corrupted when two of the disks in our array failed and our backups have some corruptions in them from before they drives failed.  We've been able to restore other databases but the main one that contained our lists and files for SharePoint won't restore.  Is there a way to salvage any of the data from the .mdf file?  I know we might not be able to get files restored but if we can get some of the data that might help when we recreate the lists.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

you can use this statement
USE [master]
 GO
EXEC sp_attach_single_file_db @dbname='YourDb',@physname='H:\data\YoyrDB.mdf'
GO

Thank you very much!  I'll pass it along to my supervisor, we don't have a demo version of the server running so I'm not sure when he'll get a chance to do this but if it works I'll post back.  Thanks!
