we just switch web hosting so now it is with different IP address for our domains.
my question is if people browsing on google and found our company. The IP is still outdate.
so what can we do?

IP is irrelevant - the important part is the domain name
There could be 100's of domains sharing the same IP

The IP of your server is not related to your search rankings. As long as your domain is properly pointing to the new server, you will not have any problems.
