"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Yes, it will upgrade/migrate those from Windows XP to Windows 7 profiles.

You may also want to consider using Liquid Labs Profile Unity which can upgrade/migrate profiles between OS.

You will have to do something different for delivery of an old browser!

You package the application you need to deploy and deploy it to a XenDesktop or deploy to a PC's desktop.

Why the need for an old browser IE7?

Okay, I would package and test IE7, if possible.

You may find it difficult or impossible to package IE7 for deployment.
