Bandwidth requirements of RDP and VNC?

I use RDP and VNC utilities in conjunction with a tether to my cell phone once or twice a month in order to assist clients. I just switched cell phone carriers and the new carrier has a monthly cap on data usage. I'm trying to get a feel for how much bandwidth I'm going to use with a 15 minute RDP or VNC support session. Does anyone have some numbers on this?

RDP is pretty low in bandwidth usage, based on average use running MS Office and brief internet usage I average about 15M/hour.  This number would be higher if you are running more graphic intensive processes (streaming video would be significantly higher) but you could safely estimate 15-25Mb/hour.

I've been told that RDP bandwidth requirements are low. 15M/hr is kind of amazing. Thanks!
