Local Permissions \ Rights issues after Domain Rename
After renaming a 2008 [upgraded from 2003] domain. Domain Administrators do not have rights to workstations.
Very strange, removed and re-added to the domain and no one had administrative rights to any machine. Tried the Domain Administrator account.

IN place upgrade.
I've removed Computers from the domain, re-added to the domain. Users who are domain administrators\admins, or added to the local administrators group do not have administrative rights.
Even logging into the computer as the domain\administrator, the administrator does not have rights.
