OpManager question: anyone know why I can not get router message through OpManager ?

Hi Expert
I set up OpManager10(essential version) on Windows 7 and configure snmp on the router7200. The PC and the router have ping reachability, but when I loging the OpManager platform, I can see the OpManager can discover the PC, but it cannot find the router. I do not know if some configuration is wrong. Thank you for your reading the post.

1)is there any firewall blocking snmp traffic between NMS(OpManager) and router?
To test , run command promt window PC then 'telnet x.x.x.x 161' 'telnet x.x.x.x 162' . If error occours like request time, transport layer had been blocking.

Thank you so much for your reply. The router ip add is 10.1.1.11, the PC can telnet to the router by typing 10.1.1.11 but cannot telnet by typing 10.1.1.11 161 or 162

Here is reply:

C:\Users\ABC>telnet 10.1.1.11 161
Connecting To 10.1.1.11...Could not open connection to the host, on port 161: Co
nnect failed

C:\Users\ABC>telnet 10.1.1.11 162
Connecting To 10.1.1.11...Could not open connection to the host, on port 162: Co
nnect failed

Before i did that, i already turned off firewall.

I just set up new OpManager, and i have never done that before yet

Have you check snmp config router7200. It should be below, i assume 1.1.1.1 is your PC IP address.

access-list 10 permit 1.1.1.1 0.0.0.0
snmp-server community public rw 10
snmp-server host 1.1.1.1 version 2c public
