download the youtube app for that android phone and use this app to upload directly to youtube (over wifi)

the max for a basic youtube account is 15 mins
if you have copyrighted music  in it will be removed

Youtube allows these formats:
3GP
AVI
FLV
MKV
MOV
MP4
MPEG
SWF
WMV

I believe the maximum file size is 1gb so your video will be fine.
Uploading via the Youtube app would be best. The following are based on version 5.0.21 of the Youtube app.

When you first open the app it should go to What to Watch. There is a red play button on the top left. Tap that and change to Uploads.
Tap the Uploads button (top middle- looks like a up arrow over a line).
Select Gallery (or whatever option is shown on the phone that contains the saved video).
Select the video to upload.
Fill out the title, description, privacy and tags. When done click the upload button on the top right.
