Watchguard XTM330 and Quarantine Server Problems

Hi guys, I've been having some problems with my WG XTM330 and the newly installed quarantine server. I configured the device to use the quarantine server, and configured the spamBlocker service to quarantine confirmed SPAM.
The problem is that emails are correctly confirmed as spam, but they never go to the quarantine server, it's still empty.
And if later I change the configuration so the spam messages are not quarantined but tagged, all of the spam that was received during the time that quarantine was active enter my mailbox with the **SPAM** tag.
It looks like the email messages are getting stuck between the firewall and the quarantine server or something like that.
