While moving mailboxes just check the corrupt message and put 5 number in that, because sometimes happen that due to corrupt messages it will not make your mailbox movement.

Again it fails movement then put 10 number and give a try and again it fails then its possible that most of the mesasges are corrupted, so its better to scan it and repait it.

Better refer below article.

Hi, I put 100 as skip for corrupted message, will check the link & let you know.

User mailbox has been configured in my mailbox , still mails are downdloing.

I observed lots of email are store in deleted items ( 41MB) out of total 325MB.

Will inform to user to deleted those mails permanently & try once again.

but scanpst.exe only repair pst or ost file, not the Server mailbox which is running on the Server.

The Inbox Repair tool scans only the .pst or .ost file, not your mailbox on the server running Microsoft Exchange

So user oulook is on Online mode or Offline mode ? during cached exchange mode, if user made any changes to his/her email then it automatically syncronizes with the server.

Also delete messages which may be present in restore deleted items in INbox / Delete / Sent Items.

This will surely low most your size and then try to move.

NOTE :- During a mailbox move, if Exchange comes across an email with an attachment larger than the Exchange org limits, it will consider that a "corrupted" item and not migrate that email.

when you have downtime, i would dismount that database and run isinteg with all tests and eseutil /g on that store

If you say that the problem is only with 2 mailbox then database dismount is not a good option.

If its for many users same issue then you can go with Isinteg and eseutil

why do you say it's not a good option?  what if there is corruption in the area where that mailbox resides?  i've had this issue before with weird problems with just a couple users and running eseutil/isinteg found a number of issues.  after running a couple times the issues were fixed and had 0 errors and warnings

Hi, After deleting all the mails which were available on the Deleted Items, I am able to move the mailbox from one db to another DB.

Thanks for the help.
