I have a very simple question that hopefully has a simple answer. We have Citrix Xenapp 6.5 running on Server 2008 R2 with 6 users. They use Quickbooks Premier 2013 and outside of the program they have zero issues. <br />
<br />
Within the program if they select to print it always changes the selected printer to the last users printer that printed. It's like it wants to only remember the last printer used and not select the users Default Printer. <br />
<br />
Anyone have any ideas on how to prevent this from happening? I have looked around and found other users that are having the identical issue and I cannot locate any settings that can adjust this. Thanks!
