Exchange 2003 Missing emails
I have a Exchange 2003 patched with IMF, recently users have been moaning about missing emails, some said they are not getting emails from some clients, this can happen to multiple users from the same sender, there is no trace of these missing emails, also another user is not getting email from her family sent from a large company's company address, I have looked high and low but not seeing anything out of the ordinary, I am assuuming that 99.9% of emails are comping in as only a handful of people are complaining, these incoming can be from various companies (they are large builders/contractors) and to various people within our org, the same emails are received by other contractors so I am not sure where to begin on this one.
I have checked our IP against all leading Spam listings and are all clear, any clues ?
