While building it should take the reference of shared/common DLLs from C:\WINNT\assembly.

Can anyone give me the script which can build my C# application?

build means compile and make the exe along with required dlls.
And it should refere the common libraries like System.* from the common location.

The compiler can be invoked from the command line--in fact that is exactly what Visual Studio does when it builds your project. Review the documentation for the C# compiler, and you should be able to build a script in short order.

The "/reference" switch is what you will need for referencing additional assemblies during your build.
