I have a SharePoint 2007 server that is running well without issue. Yesterday I received a notice one user was not receiving email from our workflow application, she is able to access but does not get the email notifications. I went to look at her account in Sharepoint to ensure the email address was correct, when I clicked her name web page not found. Tried a bunch of others with no problem, hers always comes back webpage not found.
I looked at the Content DB on the SQL server in the userinfo table and saw her ID which matched and there was no email account populated, added account in SQL, iisrestart, same issue.
Removed her from SharePoint, deleted her record from SQL, iisrestart, and added her back in SharePoint. Same issue, new sql record but no email account though it is defined in AD. Im starting to think it could be an AD account issue.
Anyone have any thoughts on where to look/resolve?
