C# com visible dll

I have a c# dll that I need to use from a web page, so I made it com visible so I can do a "create object" on the web page.

my question:  can I use it as a regular c# dll in my c# app, or do I need to handle it as com object in my app as well?

Yes. Just add a reference to it.
