I just need to confirm deleting old backups from Windows Backup and Restore.<br />

After time Windows' Backups will fill up an external hard drive. &nbsp;Is it safe to delete all but the newest backup period or will I lose information? &nbsp;I have never gotten a clear answer in my online searches.<br />
