Time not accurate on Small Business server 2003

Running Small Business Server 2003 on an HP ML150 G2 server.
The time is fast.   I want to somehow keep accurate time on the server.

I assume Small Business Server 2003 connects with some service to set the time?

My understanding is the time is set on all client machines which are connected to the Small Business Server 2003 domain.  What steps do you recommend to take so the time is correct on the Small Business Server 2003 server?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
