I don't have the number, but the printer is a Canon MFC. &nbsp;The driver would be the one that was bundled with the printer. &nbsp;I doubt that it is a driver issue because I got the same result when I generated a PDF.

Try setting up the same printer with a Generic PS or Generic PCL driver and see if the same thing happens.

This appears to have been a problem with a few badly formatted emails. &nbsp;The customer has not reported problems in several weeks. &nbsp;I have handled other problems for this customer.

A customer with a Mac is having trouble printing his emails in Outlook 2011. &nbsp;On the sample that I was working on, the first 2 pages printed OK, but the 3rd page was cut off.<br />
<br />
The message appears to be plain text because there are strange line feeds. &nbsp;The line ends before it should and the sentence continues on the next line.<br />

I tried printing the document to a PDF file, and the PDF was cut off at the same spot.<br />

I do not see any adjustments that can be made to print parameters.<br />
