SQL Clustered server not able to detect SQL SP3 was installed

One of our SQL Clustered server was not able to detect that the SQL service pack 3 is installed.
Windows Server 2008 Enterprise x64
SQL server 2008 Enterprise x64
On the Windows we found that the SQL service pack 3 is already installed on the system.
When we run MBSA / WSUS report, the SQL server flag out as SP3 was not installed.
Anyone familiar with Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer?

SELECT @@VERSION returns equal results on both nodes?

move the SQL service to the node where you're running MBSA
