create a management role group in Exchange with access to run Set-mailbox with the parameters

We have Exchange 2010 in a DAG environment and I want to create a management role group in Exchange with access to run Set-mailbox with the parameters Identity and ResourceCustom on any mailbox in the DL unilever distribtution list  “Helpdesk”. There will be some other get- commands that I want to enable as well.

If you don't have PowerShell skills. please use RBAC GUI :)

Firstly you need to create a new management role from ECP like below

Management Role creation

then use Set-ManagementRoleEntry  "Role-Set-Mailbox\Set-Mailbox"

Role-Set-Mailbox is the name of Management role we created

Please test this in lab environment first
