Setting Printer to connect to LDAP

Hi All I am having issue getting out Printer to connect via LDAP for addresses etc
here is the configuration screen I am presented with I know the port number username and password are correct but when I select Connection Test it always fails

Can anybody help?

I noticed that you CN is not set correctly in the search, it should be the full distinguish name for example CN=domain,DC=company,DC=com
Have you test that LDAP is working correctly?

From the Command  

telnet <Your AD hostname or IP address> port 389

Error: If an error is returned, connectivity to the specified IP/Port is unavailable. Verify the IP is correct and that the specified port is available.

OK:If an empty black screen results, the connection was successfully established. Successful LDAP Connectivity has been confirmed. Press Cntl-C to end the session.
