Declined meeting requests

I have an issue with booking meeting rooms from my calendar in Outlook 2010.
When ever I try to book the room through my calendar i get a message "Your meeting was declined, you do not have the permission to book this resource."

I've added myself to the room mailbox object in Exchange 2007 with the Manage full Access permission. Closed down outlook and re-launched though the same issue occurs.

Is there a way to get access to the meeting room?

Do you know what version of Exchange you are using.  Also is the meeting is the meeting room you are booking setup as a room in Exchange?

I see the tag now says you are on Exchange 2007.  If this is a room mailbox look at the calendar settings for the room

Get-MailboxCalendarSettings <Resource mailbox name> | fl

What is automate processing set to?

Version of Exchange is 2007 v: 08.03.0298.001
Yes I believe it is set up as a meeting room in Exchange.

BookInPolicy: Has various groups and user accounts, I cant see my user account or the original user that has this issue.

RequestInPolicy: Is blank.

RequestOutPolicy: Is blank as well.

Can you login to your mailbox using OWA, then open the room mailbox from OWA and go to the options, resource schedulig page and add your account there to see if that fixes.
