WPF Graphics Issue

I have a WPF project that has been working just fine.  But now, it's doing this thing (see picture).  I don't really even know how to describe this.  It's happening on all the windows.  If you make a change using any of the controls the desktop shows through the window.  What causes that?

The orange part on the second screen capture is from Snag It.  Can you see how whatever is directly behind my window shows up?  It hasn't done this before.  Thanks for any help on this.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It almost seems like there is a repainting issue, that sometimes comes from a change in the video driver.  Is this standard WPF, or is there any special added on?

Hey, TheLearnedOne, thanks for responding.  For whatever reason, as quickly as the issue showed up it has gone away.  I can't reproduce it right now, either.  Thanks.
