SSRS Prints 2 Error Pages of 3000 page report

SSRS 2008 R2 I have a report that will pre-display 3000 pages including total count after adding an expression with a full report page count.
Now the header and footer are correct. Just the body is in error.
If I print layout view I get 2 pages. Both with errors and if I try to print I get two pages. I have this same report on a 2008 SQL Standard server and it prints fine after the first page error. I assume the first page error is because the previous coder is using a break set at start. If I remove that I don't get an error on the first page in report view but I can't see if the report will print correctly or not. The problem reports are on a live server. I just stepped in on this task. The primary concern is only printing 2 pages from report builder or a local or remote browser.

"The primary concern is only printing 2 pages from report builder or a local or remote browser."

Do you have the issue in the Preview before saving the SSRS report OR after the report was saved to a Report Server?

running the report shows all pages. even print layout only shows 2 blank pages. I just tried this same setup on my laptop except I had sql 2008 express and the pages printed fine. I removed express and I think they are going to time out now on my laptop. I am about to reinstall express and try again.
from a local or remote browser it prints 2 pages.
Some food for thought: have you considered other export options such as CSV?  I mean, who's going to read a 3000-page report?  Not me.  And I surely hope they're not going to further kill the rain forests by printing that out?  In tenfold because there are ten people attending the meeting?
We print to file and read it into a process server. We also print to PDF a separate group and send to a mailing service.
These are monthly statements. In groups of 1-5 pages per customer.
I can take out several combinations in the header and footer to make the reports print correctly. I tried to force the server to use RB 1.0 but I can't open the reports even after adding a Model. I don't have access to the old server daily since I am only onsite 2 days a week and it is off the network but I am certain the new server uses report builder 3 and the older server uses report builder 1. The errors I get suggest that the reports were designed in report designer instead of report builder but I can't verify that yet. I am using the original reports never loaded yet on the new server. I wish Microsoft would not try to fix things that work. I don't care if RB 3.0 is prettier and more user friendly if it doesn't work.
I guess they should call this the wanna be experts exchange. Best response I got was telling me there is no use for a 3000 page report. He's not going to read it. Well it's worth 12 million a month. Somebody is reading it. :)

That statement was made prior to your additional info that this is actually a monthly statement for several customers.  Which means it's not a regular report but one aimed at mailings.  In that perspective my response is obviously no longer valid.  I understand your frustration but that doesn't give you the right to start calling us names.  We all do our best to help out, in our spare time and without getting paid for it.  And no, even we don't know the answer to everything...

You can use the Request Attention button to ask for additional assistance, hopefully someone who knows the answer will notice the call for help...

It was the only solution I could come up with short of re-creating all the reports.
