Application Loading Issue when launched

When launching the application the receiver will start to load it, goes all the way thorugh the status bar then just blanks out? This is on a Windows 7 workstation. The UAC is off and security settings are correct for the receiver. It is a published application.

Thanks for any advice.

this problem is on a local workstation s receiver. there are no group polocies set for it. They can login to the server on IE. Launch the app from the published app icon, it tries to load it then blanks out after the status bar completely finishes. We have other users using it without a problem. The install of the receiver is fresh and the computer is new.
