Network performance to/from 2012 Hyper-V server EXTREMELY slow!!!

I need your help URGENTLY!!!

I have just set up a new Dell PowerEdge Server for a customer.
This server runs Server 2012 with the Hyper V role hosting a domain with 4 virtual Server 2012.

My problem is, that copy operations from outside the server environment is EXTREMELY slow.

If I copy a large folder between two of the virtual servers there are no problems.
However if I try to copy between one of the old physical servers to one of the virtual servers I get transfer rates as low as 1 kb/sec.

It is the same issue if I copy to/from a workstation in the LAN to/from one of the new virtual servers.

I cant figure out what the problem is.
