SQl error when trying to use a network user account

SQL ErrorWhen trying to add a new user to the SQL mgt console I get the below error.  The user is fine, all other account use this. The network account of the user trying to add the account is fine too.

The error can be 1 of 2 things.
1) you are trying to add a local login on a machine that does not contain that login.
2) you are trying to add a Domain account that does not exist or is inaccessible to that user trying to create it.

is this user exists on the Machine, where the SQL Server is running?
if not then you have to create the user over there or over that domain name or over that network.

Just to be clear you are adding a Login and not a User, right?

If so, can you share the T-SQL you are using?
