I believe this may be an issue with our website but whenever we upload a new document (.pdf), we have to clear our IE and Chrome cache to force the browsers to go out and get the new document. &nbsp;I would think that there is something that the browsers check on the website to see if the site has changed or not and whether to pull the information locally from cache or from the website. &nbsp;Our web developer recently left or I would have asked him...
