FM - Go To Related Record's External Table Box Gayed Out?

Must be a simple one, but can't find an answer.  The Go To Related Record's External Table check box is grayed out, even though the Finance table has a one-to-one relationship via PropCode to the Property table.  Doublechecked relationships, etc.  What am I missing?  P.S. - Once in a great while I get this problem.  Not the first time.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is the Property table in the same file as the Finance table or separate files? The External Table checkbox only works if it's a different file. If it is separate files, check to make sure the other file is open and open with Full Access Privileges. If it's opened with a different login or privilege set, the options to edit the relationship may not be fully available.

No, it's in the same file, but still not showing.  See pic.  And, no, you can't click onthe + or - sign next to Properties to get it to display any of its related tables.  Strange.

It's won't show if it's in the same file. It's only there if you want to select from the Layouts in a related file, not in the same file. When you click on reveal triangle next to <Current Layout> it will only display layouts based on the table that you are getting related records FROM. In the case, the related table is Finance, so it's only going to show layouts based on Finance. If you want to show layout based on Properties then you have to use GTRR to Properties and then you'll see all layouts based on Properties.

Thanks, Will, simple mistake.  Needed to select Properties instead of Finance where I'm getting the related record FROM.  Also, sorry for the delay.  I had emergency double retana surgery and have been out for 6 weeks.
