Program to show what resources / program needed to run webpage?

I have a website that needs to run on our training PC's.

We have them locked down to specific websites etc.

This works great until I get a request to add a new website.  When I do I open the computer / user to that weblink, but the website / webpage needs additional websites to run, but I don't know how to see this.

Are there programs that allow you to see what resources are needed to run a website?

You enter the website and it show what is being accessed to allow the page to work properly?

The NET tab in Firebug on Firefox will show what files are being accessed along with the domains.  I'll post an image of the items for this page.
Firebug NET for this page

I don't know.  I rarely use Internet Explorer but Chrome has it's own version under Developer Tools.
