Internet Security Warning
We have a new user that is receiving an Internet Security Warning box each time she opens Outlook 2010. The box says the following:
"The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider."
When I view the certificate and then install it to the PC, she continues to receive the security warning pop-up.
Outlook 2010
SSL connection to Rackspace servers
No other users are having this issue at all.

Check to see if 'Root Certificate' updates have been done on her computer. Maybe it's just out of date.

Good idea. Thanks. I'll check into it and get answer back.

I have updated the user's PC completely. The user is still receiving this error. I'm not really sure what else to do with it.
