find service stopped and run in redhat linux

Dear Experts:

I having redhat enterprise linux version 6 this is production server (Sugar CRM) implementer have done integration with the asterisk server (another server) we find ever day the asterisk service in the redhat enterprise linux that is CRM server gets stopped and and morning we need to manually start the asterisk service , while the service runs there is a log file generated in /var/log/asterisklogger.

1. Please suggest me how to fix this, is it possible to find the stopped service and the moment the service is found to stopped the same to be started immediately, please suggest how to do this.

what are the entries in log file when it stops?

could also do a cron job to check if it is running and if not restart

that would be my suggestion also
you could write a small shell script to check if the process is running and if not, start it manually

The commands which you are executing manually, bundle them with absolute path and then put them in shell script
