Calls got dropped after switched to MPLS network

We have finished a network project which switched our T1 point to poing network to MPLS fiber network. After the switch, the data part runs well but the voice part got some issues.

The calls between two offices got dropped from time to time. Our phone system is a shortel system and they checked the settings on their PBX swtiches and concluded it was a network problem or a circuit problem.

Anyone here can help me with some suggestions on how to solve this problem.

thanks.
