I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I suggest try Report Builder instead of VS - BI tools->Preview or deploy the report and manually run it  to see how it looks.

Sounds like you need to re-deploy the report to the server.

Are you getting an error somewhere?  In the Output window (CTRL+ALT+O) for example?  If not, have you tried rebooting?  And do you have the latest Service Packs installed for both VS and SQL Server?
