Help with IIS 7.5

I have a small website that I created for one of my users.  I deployed to IIS the other day and sent the user the link and everything was working.

The user just let me know that they are getting the following error.

Does anyone have any clue what this means.  I am not an IIS Admin.

Handler "ExtensionlessUrlHandler-ISAPI-4.0_64bit" has a bad module "IsapiModule" in its module list

I really need help as this is for the corporate team.

Thanks.

Hello sherbig1015;

this one has been an issue for some as verified by MS  here.

if you are having issues, maybe you could try adding these bits in your web.config  IIS implemented fix

the images below show where to find it and how to do it...is
1. select your site
2. click the "handler mapping" button...
3. scroll down to the "e..." section, expand the column, pick the right one
4. then click "remove handler mapping"...say yes to the dialog and it will do this to your web config.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<configuration>
    <system.webServer>
        <handlers>
            <remove name="ExtensionlessUrlHandler-ISAPI-4.0_64bit" />
        </handlers>
    </system.webServer>
</configuration>
