ffmpeg conversion Stop without error

Hello Experts,

I have C# program that uses ffmpeg to convert videos. Log story short, it work fine on 2008, but once we updated to server 2012. the conversion just stop before completing. The stop time is sporadic, so its not a set time. Bellow is a snipped of the argument used then it start and stop with no error.

Argument String:
-y -i "E:\HostingSpaces\somefolder\video_source\marogeret_wedding_340k.wmv" -vf "scale=min(iw*min(640/iw\,480/ih)\,iw):min(ih*min(640/iw\,480/ih)\,ih)" -b:v 384k -vcodec libx264 -flags +loop+mv4 -cmp 256 -partitions +parti4x4+parti8x8+partp4x4+partp8x8 -subq 6 -trellis 0 -refs 5 -bf 0 -coder 0 -me_range 16 -g 250 -keyint_min 25 -sc_threshold 40 -i_qfactor 0.71 -qmin 10 -qmax 51 -qdiff 4 -ac 1 -ar 16000 -r 13 -ab 32000 -movflags +faststart "E:\HostingSpaces\somefolder\wwwroot\video_output\test_out.mp4"

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Honestly I am not an expert on c# however let me provide you some information how Operating system works for application.

Changes in the core i.e kernal and securing the Operating system causes many loop holes to be blocked which were easily available in previous version of Operating system. So the application will work fine on previous version but not in new version.

The option right now with you will be to use "Compatibility mode" . Other way to troubleshooting is to debug live as to look at what level this stops or application crash.

Apart from that is to understand is there any permission issue causing timeout to fail / crash the application.
