SBS 2011 short cut doesn't show revised data after clicking shortcut
I have a SBS 2011 Server. After connecting a computer and user to the network and the shared folder the user creates shortcuts to certain files on the service (excel, word, etc.)
However, when the user clicks the spreadsheet and makes changes and then saves. A second then goes to the exact same file the first user was accessing and just modified and opens the spreadsheet. None of the items the first user created shows up on the spreadsheet.
I do notice they are having syncing issue when connected to the server. Is there something I have setup when creating the share thru the wizard which is stopping complete syncronization after a user modify's a doc? I don't know.
What would you do in the situation?

This item has been resolved weeks agao... Since no real answers and just trying to close this open ticket... Please remove delete from your server...
1. Click on Start, type services and press enter.
2. Locate the service "Volume Shadow Copy" and right click and click "Stop".
3. Close Services windows.
