PHP Scripts Sending Mail on Linux Server via Qmail

I need to change the way I process the sending of my emails on my server and I need to find out all of the process that are currently using the qmail program to send emails.

Is there an easy way to identify which PHP scripts are using qmail to send out an email?

Is there a log I can go to to see this or a process I can set up to log this?

I'm running a Linux RedHat Server.

Finding all php (source) files that have qmail in them:

cd / ; grep -iR qmail * 2>/dev/null

qmail does provide in a sendmail emultator for this,
(most other mailers do (exim,  postfix)).
From the php site:

And if you don't want to go through that route, then connect to any mailer using SMTP  on port 25.
Here some examples using authentication as well.
