oem.inf for Dell Optiplex 360 Win7

I would like to upgrade my Optiplex 360 to Win7.  Dell's website seems to have most of the drivers except for oem.inf.

Do you know which device the OEM.inf relates to?  If you are upgrading from XP OEM.inf is assigned to unsigned drivers.

It's unlikely you will need to port the driver for your upgrade as Win 7's hardware detection and database is much more extensive.  Once you have the Opti 360's chipset installed Windows 7 should be able to locate everything else you need.
before upgrading - how much disk and ram do you have, and what cpu and video card??

run the upgrade advisor first :  http://windows.microsoft.com/nl-be/windows/downloads/upgrade-advisor

**note : i always suggest a free install  - NOT an upgrade - if otherwise possible

Sorry, for not being clear.  I am looking for the chipset oem.inf.

R302424.exe should work for Win 7 Chipset (really it's just the Intel diver repackaged)
